Appreciate What You Have by Noah Burbidge

March 27, 2019 - 2019 Operation: Sapna

If I’ve learned anything so far from this India experience, it’s that you don’t NEED money or objects to be happy! I get to go to a school with children who have nothing but the clothes on there backs, they love their life because they don’t think “what do I need next,” but they appreciate what they have. Many of these kids hike miles everyday to go do something many of us hate to do, and that’s go to school and learn. Many of them ASK me to “go to class and learn” instead of stay out and play games. And they are ALL happy with the lives they have! So every morning when you wake up, or when you’re shopping, or thinking what do I need next really take a step back and appreciate ALL the things you have!
