Already in the short time that I have spent in India it has been an eye opening and humbling experience in so many ways. The girls here are continuing to open up and be more and more outgoing. I am very surprised how advanced these girls are in English because of how little resources they have available to them. These girls are always eager to learn, which is something that I feel that I need to relearn how to do and motivating for me for when I go back to school in a month. Everyday these girls remind me to appreciate the simple things in life. The way that the girls are so excite and entertained by toys such as bubbles, bouncy balls, and cameras/gopros, all of which I taken for granted for such a long time. Everyday I look forward to 9 am when we go to class and I hate 4 pm cause all the girls go home and I have to wait until tomorrow for class again. So far this part of the trip has been an awesome, exciting, and tiring experience all in one, and I am enjoying every minute of it.
