The End of an Era…So much love for Allison

As many of you know, after 8 expeditions this will be Allison’s last (or at least she will be taking a break. We are all hoping it will be a short one).  This is my third expedition with Allison and the lessons I have learned from her are far too many to count.  I can say without doubt that she has the biggest heart of anyone I know.  As I have watched her interact with the people of India as well as the kids on the expedition I am awe struck by he generosity.  I don’t know what I would do without her here with me. her example and wisdom have been my guide.  Your kids, along with the other over 200 kids who have had the pleasure of traveling with her, are so fortunate to have had her leadership and guidance on this adventure.  She is not only my sister-in-law but also one of my dearest friends.  Allison, YMAD will never be the same without you.  I thank you from the bottom of my heart.
